The Excess Line Association of New York has announced that Terry L. Harlow has been appointed director of education and communications, reporting to Daniel F. Maher, executive director of ELANY.
Ms. Harlow, the group said, will be responsible for membership communication and direct ELANY educational and training activities internally and for the industry.
