Praetorian Financial Group today named Milan M. Radonich as chief financial officer.

Rod Fox, chief executive officer of the New York-based specialty insurer and subsidiary of Hannover Re, said the new appointee brings 30 years of experience and knowledge to the post.

Prior to joining Praetorian, Mr. Radonich served as CFO of Benfield Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Benfield Group brokerage. He joined Benfield from Allied North America where he served as CFO.
