Brown & Brown Inc. said it will broadcast over the Web its annual shareholders meeting on May 10 in Daytona Beach, Fla., at 9 a.m.
J. Hyatt Brown, chairman and chief executive officer, will host the meeting.
Access to the Webcast will be available through Brown & Brown's Web site at www.bbinsurance.com, under "Investor Relations" at "Conference Calls."
The Webcast will be archived on the company's Web site for thirty days after the meeting, the company said.
