National Underwriter Company in Erlanger, Ky., a unit of Highline Media, announced the acquisition today of the assets of The Conference Group, Ltd. Terms were not announced.
The Conference Group is a leading insurance industry executive-level conference organizer with meetings that include The 18th Annual Executive Conference for Property-Casualty Insurance Industry and The 17th Annual Executive Conference for the Life Insurance Industry.
The Conference Group will become part of NUCO's Insurance Conference Division, headed by James M. Keefe III, NUCO senior vice president and managing director.
Deborah Slott, founder of the conferences and organizer since their inception, joins the conference team as director of executive events.
