CBIZ Inc. said it has acquired Burnham, Colman, Kaelin & Walker (BCK&W) of St. Joseph, Mo.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The Cleveland-based professional services provider said BCK&W agency has $5 million in annual revenue and 39 employees.
BCK&W provides property-casualty insurance, commercial bonds and employee benefits, and specializes in the agriculture, construction and printing industries, CBIZ said.
The agency has offices in St. Joseph and Kansas City, Mo. It was founded in 1899.
CBIZ is a provider of professional business services to companies throughout the United States. The firm specializes in benefits, accounting, valuation and medical practice management, as well as wealth management, property-casualty insurance, payroll and consulting services.
The company counts 140 company offices in 34 states and Washington, D.C.
