Allegient Systems, a software and service provider in the legal expense and performance management field, has launched version 5.3 of its Expense and Performance Management Suite. The new version is in production for all Allegient clients.
It represents Allegient's commitment to continue to offer greater value to its insurer clients and law firm users. The enhancements were driven by requests from Allegient's network of users, according to the company, ensuring all litigation management stakeholders would be taken into consideration as new functionality was added and workflow processes were enhanced.
Improvements include support for submission of flat-fee line items; a new submission queue page; enhanced submission page, filtering and sorting on list pages, and invoice and case searching capabilities; a rates tab and redesigned rates module; and expanded report capabilities.
