Peak Performance, a solutions provider for the property/casualty insurance industry, has acquired Envision Technology Solutions, which offers an array of tools for insurance professionals in the fields of risk management, claims administration, and safety.
Envisions' products are added to Peak Performance's suite of solutions supporting single-point-of-service processing of insurance administration functions through a variety of Web services.
Envision's core solutions include:
o RiskEnvision–a suite of modular RMIS tools designed to assist risk managers, claims administrators, and decision-makers in recording, managing, and analyzing claim and incident information.
o WebEnvision–a Web-based incident-reporting tool suitable for use with all lines of coverage. Designed to handle 24/7 real-time incident report entry using a conventional browser.
o CompVision–easy-to-use claims management software for organizations that don't require a full RMIS package.
o ASPEnvision–a complete RMIS solution for organizations that prefer to outsource their hardware, software, and database management functions.
Envision also supplies custom development, data conversion, implementation project management, and application hosting and offers the risk management industry annual users' conference training.
Michael Osheroff, senior vice president of business development for Peak Performance, claims the acquisition of Envision Technology Solutions is a terrific fit with the company's recent acquisition of PolicyPointe. "Both of these systems represent best of breed in their respective markets, and by putting them together, we soon will be able to offer a complete end-to-end Web-based processing solution," he says.
