A Feb. 20 posting on the NU Online News Service described Maria Berthoud, chief lobbyist for the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices, as the chairman of the Freedom Fund political action committee maintained by House Majority Leader Rep. John Boehner. The informally structured group has only a treasurer, while Ms. Berthoud, who works with the PAC, has no titled role.
