E-Z Data, Inc., a provider of front-office systems for insurance companies, banks, broker-dealers, general agents, agents, and investment advisers, announced the release of Client Data System 6 (CDS 6), the newest version of the company's Windows-based solution for practice and relationship management.

CDS 6 addresses specific requests from E-Z Data's current customers and leverages the latest in Windows technology. The updated system includes a customizable interface, a refreshed look and feel that draws from the user's Windows system choices, upgrades to underlying components, and new security features to assist in corporate and governmental compliance.

CDS 6 maintains the same workflows while providing a more intuitive interface that reduces keystrokes and makes more information readily available on each contact record. As a result, advisers have access to the information they need to sell and service clients and prospects effectively.

"Many of our long-term clients prefer to remain on Windows rather than using a Web-based system," says Eric Burgess, product manager for Windows applications at E-Z Data. "For many of our users, Client Data System is the backbone of their practice. With version 6, we're delivering the system with an all-new look, significant performance and security improvements, as well as dozens of features that have been specifically requested by our users."
