The service offering is designed to eliminate potential business-model conflicts and assure regulatory compliance. Glass-plus combines FNS's call centers and ClaimCapture platform with advanced technology and service delivery companies ClaimForce and Netcost.

Administration fees are lowered by leveraging the FNS call center capabilities. The solution guarantees original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for policyholders.
