Crawford & Company, the Atlanta-based claims management firm, announced the streamlining of its divisions and several management changes.

The firm has been split into four regions: the U.S.; Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMA); the Americas (Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico); and Asia Pacific, explained Jeffrey T. Bowman, chief operating officer of Crawford's Global Property & Casualty services.

Heading those regions will be Philip Porter leading in the United States; Ian Muress leading EMA; Glenn Gibson leading the Americas; and Richard Martin covering Asia Pacific.

Crawford also announced that John Sharoun was promoted to chief executive officer of Crawford Adjusters Canada. Benedict Burke was named chief operating officer for the U.K. and Ireland.
