California State Automobile Association has implemented its joint open-standards-based enterprise-incentive-management solution from IBM and Callidus Software to automate the design, administration, reporting, and analysis of sales incentive and variable compensation for the organization's sales force.

Celtic Insurance Company, an individual health insurance plans carrier, has awarded a business process outsourcing contract to Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Inc. Celtic will receive a full range of health plan administration services, including customer service, mailroom, claims adjudication and payment, member enrollment and billing, finance, system integration, and underwriting support. ACS also has a three-year contract extension with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to continue offering comprehensive business process outsourcing services for the Indiana Comprehensive Health Insurance Association (ICHIA). Anthem will be the prime contract holder, and ICHIA members will access Anthem's preferred provider network.

Kingsway Financial Services, Inc., a property/casualty insurer, has selected the INSsight product from Thazar, a Skywire Software Company, as its business intelligence standard.

Sublimity Insurance Company, a property/casualty subsidiary of United Heritage Financial Group, has signed a contract with Connective Technologies, Inc., to provide Connective's TEAM-UP Download to Sublimity's agents.

Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America (Allianz Life), Old Mutual Financial Network (home to Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Co.), Jackson National Life Insurance Co., and North American Company for Life and Health Insurance have been added to the AnnuityNexus database for fixed annuity products offered by Beacon Research. The database features carrier-approved, institutional-quality product profiles.

Liberty Mutual Group's Agency Markets business unit has partnered with Rackley Solutions to deliver real-time access to auto, home, and package rates through SETWrite, Rackley's new Web-based rating product. It allows agents to enter information once into Rackley's Web interface and receive real-time rates and related information directly from Agency Markets regional companies located across the country.
