Arbitration Forums, a nonprofit provider of dispute resolution services, has created an arbitrator training and certification program. AF arbitrators are required to participate in the program that examines the new process for reviewing cases, making a decision, and explaining that decision. It also helps develop writing skills.
In addition to decision quality certification, AF also is providing program-specific arbitrator training and certification.
