Brentwood Service Administrators, a specialty insurance brokerage based in Brentwood, Tenn., has promoted Rick Whitten, in the Charlotte, N.C., office, to director of loss control services. Whitten, who joined BSA in 2003 as a loss control supervisor, has more than 20 years of loss control experience. Previously, he was loss control director for InServe in Charlotte.
