Marshall and Swift/Boeckh, a provider of building cost data and estimating technology, has promoted Jonathan Kost to vice president of claims. While with MS/B, Kost has held positions as claim director, analytic manager, and claim manager. He will continue to work from the company's New Berlin, Wis., office.
Kornel Heard has been named director of operations in the Claims Solutions Group. Prior to joining the company, Heard was senior vice president of claims at Balboa Life and Casualty. He also will be located at the New Berlin office.
