The Disability Management Employer Coalition and the Insurance Educational Association have introduced the Certified Case Management Professional designation. Offered as an instructor-facilitated, Internet-based course of study for open enrollment programs, the CCMP program includes disability management, workers' compensation principles, medical-legal case file management, and leading practices in medical case management.
