Brentwood Services Administrators recently named Elva Manus to the position of senior claim representative in the Charlotte office. She will be handling lost time and complex claims for clients in the North Carolina region.
Prior to working for BSA, Manus was employed by ASC as a senior workers' compensation adjuster, handling claims for the CompTrust AGC account. Prior to that, she was employed by AIG working on national accounts in North and South Carolina.
