Nino Berardi and Paul VanDerHeyden, adjusters with L.J. Shaw & Co., have been elevated to the designation of General Adjuster. Berardi began his adjusting career with Aetna and joined Shaw in 1996. VanDerHeyden, who previously worked for Farmers and Hanover, has been with the firm since 1998.
