The Virginia Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units awarded its Robert J. Covington Distinguished Service Award to E. Frank Dunton, director of the special investigation unit of Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Company.
As an officer of the IASIU, Dunton was involved in the establishment of current Virginia statutes and the state's insurance fraud program.
