Beecher Carlson has acquired JBL&K Risk Services, an independently owned agency in Portland, Ore. The purchase represents the brokerage's entry into the employee benefit market. The combined company now comprises 211 employees in 12 offices, including the Atlanta headquarters and a Bermuda branch.
