Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party claim management company, has promoted Pam Fiser and Mark Watkins to field claim manager. Fiser previously served as a claim manager in ASC's Nashville office. Prior to joining the company, she held claim positions with CNA and St. Paul Insurance.
Watkins most recently served as an account executive in ASC's Nashville office. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a multi-line claim adjuster for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
