The Property Loss Research Bureau and ClaimStar have launched a series of distance learning modules. The first six modules deal with insureds, coverage determination, commercial built-up roofing, hail damage to roofing, restorative drying — psychrometry, restorative drying — principles, and equipment.
Each module is designed to be completed in 45 to 80 minutes. At the end of a module, students complete a series of questions to test their knowledge.
