The Willis Group Holdings brokerage said it plans to acquire Nicon F?rs?kringsm?klarna AB, a property and casualty broker in Helsingborg, Sweden.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Nicon focuses on municipality clients. Willis said the firm has annualized revenue approximately $1.5 million. The deal is expected to be completed Jan. 1.
London-based Willis said it has been operating in Sweden since 1991 and has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Orebro, Karlstad and Malmoe, Sweden.
