Willis Group Holdings Limited, has acquired of International Insurance Brokers, Inc., of Staten Island, NY.
Terms of the transaction, which is expected to be completed in January 2006, were not released.
Founded in 1991 by Antonio Palmiotto, who has served as its president since its inception, International Insurance specializes in coverage for the armored car and check-cashing industries. The firm has annualized revenues of $2 million.
