Winters Named Exec Director Of NRRA

Patrick E. Winters has been named executive director of the Minneapolis, Minn.-based National Risk Retention Association (NRRA).

Brian Donovan, NRRA's chairman and president of Steel Tank Insurance Co, a risk retention group, said: "We are extremely excited to have Pat lead us to the next level of growth as a trade association."

"My initial focus with the NRRA will be to evaluate an already excellent organization, take a look at the strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations to bring the organization to a new level of excellence," Mr. Winters said.
