M&A Workshop On Tap For May
Agents and bank executives will get tips on how to execute mergers and acquisitions during a workshop this May run by Reagan Consulting.
The Atlanta-based management consulting firm said the workshop will offer information on the most important issues to consider before buying, selling or transferring ownership in an independent insurance agency.
The three-day eventfrom May 1-3 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Atlantawill be run by Reagan Consulting in conjunction with the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers and the American Bankers Insurance Association. Early registration discounts end March 31 for the workshop, which is limited to 125 participants.
