Aon Risk Services of Ohio, a subsidiary of Chicago-based broker Aon, said it has acquired Sam D. Pipino Agency, of Cleveland and Youngstown, Ohio.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The Pipino Agency, comprised of 12 employees, specializes in the real estate development and construction industries. Aon said the Youngstown office will remain open and the Cleveland office will merge with Aon Risk Services in that city.
Sam D. Pipino, the agency's principal, will join the staff of Aon Risk Services Ohio.
