Hub International Limited, Chicago, said it has acquired Blanchard Insurance Group, located in Grand Junction, Colo. Terms of the cash transaction were not announced.
Hub's subsidiary, Talbot Agency Inc. acquired assets of Blanchard
Blanchard is a full service commercial agency specializing in construction and bonding. Hub said that Blanchard generates over $2 million in annual commission revenue.
