Insurance broker Hub International Limited said it has acquired Kline Transportation Insurance, Inc., in San Diego.
Terms of the deal were not released by the Chicago-based insurance broker.
Kline is a transportation specialty agency concentrating on limousine, bus and truck insurance. It operates primarily in the Western United States and was founded in 1992. Hub said Kline generated revenue of approximately $1.2 million last year
