Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Company said it has completed its acquisition of KYBA Benefits, an Atlanta-based employee benefits firm.
Terms of the deal were not released by the Richmond, Va.-based insurance broker.
KYBA provides clients with products and services for their employees as well as servicing programs that support them.
Besides traditional employee benefits offerings, KYBA provides services to answer clients' and employees' benefits questions, COBRA administration, employee communications, enrollment administration, bill reconciliation and HIPAA compliance services.
In business since 1990, KYBA had reported revenue of approximately $4.5 million.
HRH said KYBA founder and managing partner Bruce W. Bishop will assume the title of executive vice president and his associates will continue to operate from their offices in Marietta, Suwanee and McDonough, Ga., as part of HRH's Atlanta operation under the leadership of Jason Richardson, president, and Thomas Stiles, HRH Southeast regional director.
