GCH Appraisal Services and Thomas R. Healy, Esq. announced the creation of Valley National Title Company, which will begin operations in September at its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
The company will be a licensed, full-service title and escrow company providing real estate settlements and title insurance services in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Thomas R. Healy, Esq. will serve as Valley National's president and general counsel after his previous title of chief operating officer at Baldacci Communications LLC.
