GCH Appraisal Services and Thomas R. Healy announced the creation of Valley National Title Company, which will begin operations in September at its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
The new company will be a licensed, full-service title and escrow company providing real estate settlements and title insurance services in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Mr. Healy will serve as Valley National's president and general counsel, according to GCH.
