Brown & Brown Inc. has acquired Alliance Insurance Services Inc., of Canoga Park, Calif., a commercial property and casualty insurance agency.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The Daytona Beach, Fla.-based insurance broker said Alliance has annualized revenues of approximately $1.2 million and has been in business over 20 years, specializing in workers' compensation coverage.
William A. "Bill" White, president of Alliance, also known as AAI Inc., and his staff will continue to serve their clients as a new Brown & Brown stand-alone operation.
