USI Holdings Corporation said it has closed on the acquisition of Cranston, R.I.-based Benefits Unlimited.
Terms of the deal were not released.
The Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance brokerage firm said the acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $2.5 million of revenue to USI annually.
For over 20 years, Benefits Unlimited has provided employee benefits consulting services as well as compliance and human resource consulting to middle market companies.
