The New York State Insurance Fund Board of Commissioners has named Christopher Barclay and Douglas J. Hayden as acting co-executive directors to succeed Kenneth J. Ross.
Mr. Ross, who is due to leave the post of executive director and chief executive officer Sept. 8, has worked for NYSIF since 1995 and became executive director and CEO in June 2001. He will now serve as president and CEO of Pinnacle Assurance, Denver, Colo.
Mr. Barclay, who joined NYSIF in 1995, currently holds the position of deputy executive director and secretary to the Board of Commissioners.
Mr. Hayden joined NYSIF in 1998 and now works as its general attorney/chief legal officer as part of a nine-year term which began last year.
