The Nevada Captive Insurance Association, that was organized last year to promote the state as a captive venue, has announced its first annual conference, Sept. 22-23, at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
NCIA's Web site, www.nvcaptive.com, provides details on requirements for captives in Nevada.
NCIA membership is open to all captive insurance companies licensed in Nevada and to all individuals and entities "with a bona fide interest consistent with the positive promotion, development and maintenance of captive insurance in Nevada."
Annual association dues are $1,000 per corporate member per year. Individual and professional membership dues are $1,500 per year, according to the NCIA Web site.
