The deadline for early registration with reduced rates for the Vermont Captive Insurance Association's 20th Annual Conference in August is June 30, the group said.
Rates vary for different classifications of attendance.
The meeting titled, "Captives: Reaching New Heights in Risk Management," is scheduled for Aug. 9-11 in Burlington, Vt., VCIA said.
Topics include corporate governance, financial ratings and collateral, actuarial diagnostics, captive reinsurance and case studies by captive owners.
Last year the association counted 1,200 attendees from nine countries and 42 states at the gathering. This year the conference features 17 educational sessions. Keynote speaker is Emmy Award-winning mountain climber, film maker and IMAX photographer David Breashears.
