USI Holdings Corporation said today it has completed the acquisition of Fremont, Cailf.-based Humanex Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker said the acquisition is expected to contribute revenues of approximately $2.5 million to the firm.
Since 1958, Humanex has provided human resources and employee benefit insurance products to small and middle-market companies, primarily in the San Francisco Bay area.
USI said the combination of Humanex and the broker's existing office in San Francisco would greatly strengthen and enhance the firm's presence in the Northern California region.
