NU Online News Service, May 11, 3:15 p.m. EDT–Fiserv Insurance Solutions, a unit of Fiserv, Inc., announced the appointment of two executives today to strategic leadership roles in the transition of the business to a single company offering multiple solutions.
Mike Key was named Fiserv Insurance Solutions' co-president and chief operating officer for all product delivery and client services functions, said Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Fiserv.
Stewart J. Gerson was named co-president and chief operating officer for all business process outsourcing initiatives while retaining responsibility for the company's finance and administrative functions.
The company said the executive appointments allow it to better position itself strategically as a leader in providing end-to-end solutions for the life, annuity and property and casualty insurance markets.
Both appointees have served as senior executives within the company prior to this announcement, the company noted. They will continue reporting to Tony Perdichezzi, chief executive officer of the Fiserv Insurance Solutions Division.
