NU Online News Service, May 20, 12:16 a.m. EDT--The managing general agency group Combined Agents of America (CAA) said it has named Jerry Boles as its board chairman.
Mr. Boles, president of Grona Boles & Martin Insurance & Financial Services, San Antonio, Texas, will serve in the post for a two-year term.
CAA also announced that its members had generated over $304 million in combined property and casualty annual premiums for 2004.
CAA, based in Austin, Texas, specializes in the independent insurance agency system. The group is composed of 33 independent insurance agencies located throughout the state.
