GAB Robins CEO Zubretsky Resigns
NU Online News Service, March 3, 3:59 p.m. EST?Claims services firm GAB Robins said that Joseph Zubretsky, president and chief executive officer, has resigned.[@@]
His resignation is effective March 15, the Parsippany, N.J.-based firm said.
GAB Robins said Mr. Zubretsky will join UnumProvident Corp. as senior executive vice president and retain his seat on the board of directors of GAB Robins.
Management will report to Jun Tsusaka, chairman.
The board of directors announced that Robert Meyers was named divisional president, Insurance Company Services, and Paul Bode was named divisional president, Risk Management Services and MedInsights. Both are newly created positions reporting to Mr. Tsusaka.
Jim Girard was named divisional executive vice president and chief operating officer, Insurance Company Services. He will report to Mr. Meyers.
GAB Robins provides loss adjusting, third party administration and managed care services on a worldwide basis.
