Willis Acquires CGI Consulting

CGI offers a range of benefits services and administrative solutions to mid-size companies predominantly in the mid-Atlantic and northeast region of the United States. The firm has annual revenues of approximately $7 million
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this month.
