PIA Western Alliance Executive Vice President Clark Sitzes said his organization, which represents agents in nine states?Alaska, Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington?has received numerous calls on the subject.

The seminar is aimed at answering those questions on how the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's Broker Disclosure Amendment and the investigation into contingency fees by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer will impact them and the potential they have to affect the value of their agencies.
