Liberty Northwest Joins Trusted Choice
NU Online News Service, Feb. 9, 4:04 p.m. EST?Liberty Northwest Insurance Corp. has joined Trusted Choice, the branding initiative created by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, to plug independent agents with consumers.[@@]
The Portland, Ore.-based insurer is a regional company of Liberty Regional Agency Markets, a subsidiary of Boston-based Liberty Mutual Group, and provides automobile, homeowners, commercial multi-peril, motorcycle, boat, fire, casualty, workers' compensation and other types of property and casualty insurance to individuals and businesses.
To date, 10 national insurers and 18 regional insurers have joined Trusted Choice as company members, said the Alexandria, Va.-based IIABA.
InsurBanc, a federal thrift bank created by the Big "I," is also a strategic partner.
Trusted Choice was created by the IIABA and several independent agency companies to highlight the benefits independent agencies and brokerage firms offer consumers. The program is promoted nationally through a combination of advertising, company partner ingredient branding, public relations, member agency marketing and Internet communications.
