Willis Acquires Northampon, England Broker

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The firm was founded in 1969 by Clive King, the current owner. Willis said it produces revenues of ?1.3 million ($2.5 million U.S.). The firm has 23 employees.
CR King was the founder member of the Willis Commercial Network. This Network is a partnership between Willis and over 60 regional brokers throughout the UK, in which the brokers retain their independence while being able to access the global resources of Willis on preferential terms for their clients' benefit, the broker said.
