U.S.I. Completes Benefit Partners Acquisition

Terms of the deal were not released.

The Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based insurance broker said the acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $4 million in revenues to U.S.I. on an annual basis.

Founded in 1970, Benefit Partners, formerly Turner P. Williams & Associates, LLC, is a worksite marketing firm that designs, markets and administers voluntary insurance programs via payroll deduction for large employers throughout the U.S.
