Paterson Named Fireman's CFO
NU Online News Service, Oct. 26, 11:11 a.m. EDT?Fireman's Fund Insurance Company has named Jill E. Paterson as chief financial officer and executive vice president.[@@]
She will report to Charles Kavitsky, the Novato, Calif.-based insurer's chief executive officer.
Her responsibilities include the direction and performance of the controller's office, treasury department, financial services, supply management and the company's compliance under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Ms. Paterson was also nominated to serve as a member of the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company Board of Directors.
Fireman's Fund Insurance Company is a subsidiary of the Allianz Group.
