Mr. Ruchman is president of Ruchman Associates Inc. in Rockville Centre, N.Y.

? Peter Demetriou, first vice president. He is president of the New Windsor Insurance Agency Inc. in Hempstead, N.Y.
? D. Scott Liebert, vice president. He is chairman of CLG Financial Corp. in Nanuet, N.Y.
? Leslie Rogoff, vice president. She is president of Insurance Marketing Solutions in New York City.
? Michael Paluba was re-elected secretary. He is the owner of Hermitage Insurance Brokerage in Middle Island, N.Y.
? Martin Koles was re-elected treasurer. He is principal of Martin Koles Insurance in Forest Hills, N.Y.
? T.J. Derella will serve as immediate past-president. He is the owner of Kingstar Companies in Kingston, N.Y.
