Brown & Brown Acquires Two Calif. Agencies

Terms of the deal were not released.
The agencies, with offices in Encino and Irvine, Calif., are general contractor- wholesale brokerage firms with reported combined annual revenues of approximately $13 million.
Kevin J. Crombie and Charles B. Wardlaw, principals of the firms, and staff, will remain at their current locations and continue to operate under their current name, the Daytona Beach, Fla., -based broker said.
