BISYS Picks Casale As Board Chairman
NU Online News Service, Sept. 2, 12:07 p.m. EDT?Robert J. Casale was named chairman of BISYS board of directors, replacing Lynn J. Mangum, who is stepping down by prior agreement.[@@]
Mr. Casale, who has been part of the board since 1997, is the former group president of brokerage information services for Automatic Data Processing.
The financial services solutions provider also said that Richard J. Haviland will join the board. He has more than 20 years experience in various executive and financial positions at ADP. He retired from ADP in 2001.
Besides providing services to the financial services industry, New York City-based BISYS is a major wholesale distributor of commercial property-casualty insurance.
